Using PLINTH with clear rules and real accountability

This page reflects the actual behavior in the repo: AI-assisted design, wallet credits, server-side billing controls, shared workspaces, public links, and beta access.

At a glance

Service model

AI-assisted render generation, planning, review, export, and collaboration for interior design workflows.

Billing model

Wallet credits, prepaid top-ups, and server-side deductions tied to compute usage and audit records.

Legal gates

Some paid or compute-intensive flows can require acceptance of the Terms, AI disclaimer, and Refund Policy before they run.

Risk profile

Generated output can be incomplete or incorrect and is not a substitute for professional judgment or code review.

PLINTH is an AI-assisted interior design platform, and all outputs must be reviewed before construction, procurement, or client delivery.

Wallet credits and some compute-heavy actions use server-side billing controls and may require acceptance of linked legal policies before billing.

You are responsible for the prompts, files, permissions, and account activity associated with your use of the service.

Section

Agreement and scope

These Terms govern access to PLINTH websites, apps, APIs, beta waitlist flows, share links, billing surfaces, and related services.

If you access the service on behalf of a company, studio, or client, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Covered services

  • Marketing pages, product dashboards, and the private beta waitlist.
  • Authenticated studio workflows, collaboration features, and project sharing.
  • Any API or automated integration we make available for the service.

Section

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep it current, and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that happens through your account, workspace, or shared access links that you create or approve.

Your responsibilities

  • Use the service only if you can legally enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
  • Do not share credentials, tokens, or access in ways that weaken account security.
  • Review workspace members, invites, and access controls before granting them access to client or project data.

Section

Your content and permissions

You retain the rights you have in your own prompts, uploaded files, project content, and other materials that you submit to the service.

You grant PLINTH and its service providers the rights needed to host, store, copy, transmit, transform, process, and display your content so the service can operate, secure itself, and generate the outputs you request.

Content rules

  • You must have the rights needed to upload and use the materials you submit.
  • You must not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content.
  • If you share content publicly or through a share link, you are responsible for what you choose to expose.

Section

AI outputs and professional review

PLINTH generates AI-assisted design outputs, previews, and related artifacts based on the information you provide and the behavior of third-party models and services.

Outputs can contain errors, omissions, hallucinations, or unexpected changes and should never be treated as a substitute for qualified design, engineering, code, safety, or procurement review.

Before real-world use

  • Verify dimensions, tolerances, finishes, materials, and feasibility before construction or ordering.
  • Review any code-compliance, safety, or regulatory implications with the appropriate professional before acting on an output.
  • Do not rely on an output as legal, financial, architectural, or engineering advice.

Section

Billing, wallet credits, and legal acceptance

Wallet credits are prepaid service units used to pay for compute and related processing under the billing rules configured for the service.

Some top-ups, generation flows, or other paid actions may require acceptance of the Terms, AI disclaimer, and Refund Policy before they are allowed to proceed.

Billing rules

  • Billing is enforced server-side, and usage is recorded in ledger and audit data.
  • Payment instrument details are handled by the payment provider; we keep the records needed to reconcile orders, credits, and disputes.
  • Chargebacks, payment fraud, or intentional misuse may result in suspension, review, or billing restrictions.

Section

Acceptable use

You may not use the service in a way that violates law, harms others, bypasses security controls, or interferes with the availability of the platform.

Examples of prohibited conduct

  • Submitting malware, harmful payloads, or abusive automation.
  • Attempting to bypass rate limits, access controls, or billing controls.
  • Scraping, probing, or reverse-engineering the service in ways that are not authorized.
  • Using the service to infringe rights or to facilitate fraud, harassment, or deception.

Section

Third-party services

PLINTH depends on third-party services for cloud hosting, storage, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, monitoring, and AI inference.

Those providers may process data in accordance with their own terms and privacy practices, and some product features cannot function without them.

Examples of processing

  • Prompts, files, and project context may be sent to the provider needed to perform the requested generation or transformation.
  • Transactional emails and security notices may be sent through an email provider.
  • Usage and diagnostic metadata may flow to monitoring or analytics providers where those features are enabled or permitted.

Section

Availability, changes, and termination

The service may be updated, limited, paused, or discontinued as we improve the platform, respond to risk, or adjust beta access and product availability.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe it is necessary to protect users, secure the service, enforce these Terms, or address abuse, fraud, or legal exposure.

Change management

  • We may update these Terms by revising this page and the effective date.
  • Continued use of the service after a posted change becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.
  • If you do not agree to a change, stop using the service and close any active account or workspace access you control.

Section

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, perfect accuracy, or that the service will meet every project requirement or professional standard.

Liability limits

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLINTH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
